How We Work
How we work
AI-built. Human-supported.
AI does the heavy lifting so your project moves fast and costs less. Real people plan it with you, add the creativity, and stay with you after launch.
Can we make the booking page friendlier?
Here are two directions. Which should I build?
The process
From idea to launch
01
We talk
Tell us what you need in your own words. We ask the questions that matter and bring ideas you hadn't thought of.
02
You see it first
You get mockups and options before anything is built, and you choose.
03
We build and test
AI builds quickly, and we check every page and tool on the real site before you see it.
04
We stay with you
Changes, new features and real answers from the people who built it.
The platform
Everything runs on ARC
ARC is our own platform. Start with what you need and switch on more as you grow, all sharing the same records.
Website
Pages, blog, forms and customer accounts.
Store & POS
Online checkout, shipping rates and a counter register.
Contacts
Every customer, with a timeline of every conversation.
Email & Texts
Messages to customers, sent from the same place.
Appointments
Schedules, online booking and visit history.
Follow-ups
Daily lists of clients due back, for your team.
Searchable indexes
Public collections people can search, even genealogy.
Files & virus scanning
Every upload checked, with private folders.
Permissions & audit trail
The right access for each person, and a history of every change.
Meet Julian
Our AI builder, on your side
Julian is the AI built into ARC. He does the building; our team makes sure it's right.
- Shows options and mockups before changing anything
- Checks his own work on your live pages
- Works from your phone
- Brings in a person when it matters
Have us build it
Tell us what you need and we'll take it from idea to launch, then stay with you.
Or ask Julian yourself
Want to make changes on your own? ARC comes with Julian, and we're here whenever you need us.
Let's talk
Tell us what you need
A website, a store, a tool, or something nobody's built yet. Send a short note and a real person will get back to you.
